Portland is cool

Lots of people would say Portland, Oregon is a cool city with a great vibe.
The cool we are talking about in this post though concerns the weather.
Yesterday's high of 50 in Portland broke the lowest maximum temperature for the date by a whopping 5 degrees.
Also, it was the third coolest high temperature ever recorded during May in Portland.
