Minneapolis and Bismarck going from frost to 90 degrees
The topsy-turvy weather will continue for many parts of the country this week.
In Minneapolis where it snowed 8 days ago and they had frost this morning, the forecast high for Tuesday is 90.
Bismarck, ND has had 6 days above 70 degrees so far this year.
They are expecting 90 tomorrow.
Indianapolis will go from frost tonight to the mid 890's by Wednesday.
